she/her

Working on Kaurna Land

As a social innovator in the Consulting team, Leanne supports and participates in the design, management, and delivery of social innovation projects that aim to create positive outcomes for communities, families, and partners.

Her goal is to ensure that all voices – especially those from marginalised and culturally diverse backgrounds – are heard and valued in the design and delivery of social innovation projects.

Before joining TACSI, Leanne worked in project support and data analysis roles for the government. One notable initiative she worked on was the Care Service Pathway Program, where she played a key role in identifying and addressing system gaps in service delivery to inform strategic decisions.

Her superpower is her empathy, and ability to make everyone feel included, ensuring that all voices are heard, respected, and valued. She excels at fostering genuine connections and building trust within diverse communities.

When she’s not at work, she loves experimenting in the kitchen, making art, and spending time outdoors with her partner, Billy, and their pup, Lilo.
