We work with: Not-for-profits and service providers
We work alongside for-purpose organisations to build the conditions for innovation and lived experience to thrive.
From service delivery to systemic impact
In an era of increasing demand and restricted funding, we help NFPs rethink how they deliver value. We help you move beyond business as usual to develop service models that are more effective, sustainable, and deeply rooted in the needs of your community.

Our experience
We’ve helped dozens of NFPs transform their approach to service delivery. Recent partnerships include:
- Uniting Communities: A long-term partnership to scale Family by Family, an award-winning peer-to-peer service.
- Fay Fuller Foundation: A long-term strategic partnership to build Our Town, a 10-year initiative empowering regional South Australian towns to lead their own mental health and wellbeing solutions.
- Ballarat Community Health: Redesigning forensic mental health services to build side-by-side capability between clinical teams and people on correction orders.
Featured case study:
Ballarat Forensic Mental Health
Context: Mandated support often struggles with low engagement. In partnership with Ballarat Community Health, we set out to redesign the Forensic Mental Health in Community Health (FMHiCH) program, and build a side-by-side service model for people on Community Correction Orders.
Scale: A cross-sector collaboration involving the Ballarat Community Health, Grampians Community Health and BADAC to transform regional service delivery.
The work: Led a multi-disciplinary co-design process alongside clinical teams and current clients to prototype new practices and shift systemic service mindsets.
The outcome: The corrections department accepted the prototype pitch, resulting in a fully redesigned model of care, a new service name, and embedded peer-to-peer support roles.
Let’s build the services and capabilities that break the cycle
