Working on Gadigal Lands

Martin’s work at TACSI has gravitated around co-design at the intersection of community, education, disability, mental health, alcohol and other drugs, suicide prevention and family domestic and sexual violence. He has a passion for people in regional and rural communities and sees great opportunities in the simplest of human connections.

Martin designs and facilitates projects and long-term initiatives working alongside people with lived experience of some of society’s most complex challenges. Through co-planning, project and process design, Martin works with services, organisations and government to create better conditions for co-design and to build capability, confidence and momentum for change.

An experienced practitioner, Martin spent fifteen years before TACSI working in brand, web and communication design and brings creative responses to complex topics. Martin brings energy, hope and motivation to the people and teams he works with and seeks to unify others in a common passion and purpose to achieve long term outcomes.
