Diletta Legowo (she/her)

Senior Social Designer – Australian Volunteers Program

Working on Boon Wurrung and Wurundjeri Land

Diletta grew up travelling the world, and now brings her global mindedness to TACSI’s partnership with Australian Volunteers Program’s Innovation Hub (funded by DFAT).

Diletta’s role at TACSI as a Senior Social Designer is informed by her diverse educational background. She has completed a Bachelor of Fine Arts (majoring in Visual Art and Design), a Masters of International Development, and 200hr Yoga teacher training. Her portfolio as a creative producer, brand strategist, and designer spans across the higher education sector, government, knowledge and creative economy, non-profit and startups. Informally, she’s been very involved in the Australian-Indonesian bilateral space as a connector, community leader, and cultural educator.

Joining TACSI has enabled Diletta to connect the dots between her personal and professional experiences. A natural giver, with an affinity for bringing people together in a way that makes individuals feel safely heard and that their unique experiences are drawn out, Diletta strives to facilitate shared spaces and experiences that encourage presence, pragmatism, open heart/mindedness, and joy.

She’s passionate about making social innovation accessible, is known as an “agile do-er”, and strives to see a world where everyone is free to find their sense of home (and all of the necessary factors that make it), whether it is within themselves, community, a certain locale, or even a larger social/planetary scale.

Diletta seeks presence in all areas of her life; outside work you’ll find her cooking and delighting her taste buds, practising yoga, spending quality family time with her partner and her poodle, and dancing.
