What participants have said

“The co-facilitation was fantastic, enabling many additional aspects or ideas to be gently presented.”

“I’m definitely going to be more aware of power imbalances, and of the unique kinds of power people hold.”

“I learnt how to navigate the complex dynamics of power, especially how to move participants (and yourself) between holding expert knowledge and self knowledge. What I took away from that is that it is a forever journey! Constantly shifting and changing depending on the context you’re in and the best way to navigate it is to be guided by key values rather than status.”

“Great conversations. I enjoyed having the opportunity to try things and discuss in breakout rooms.”

“The course supported me to understand the co-design process and to apply it in practice.”
